Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrives in the Azerbaijani exclave of Nakhichevan to meet his counterpart, Ilham Aliyev. The meeting, taking place in the territory locked between Armenia and Iran on the border with Turkey, comes just days after Azerbaijan seized the Armenian-populated enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh and was officially intended to launch the construction of a gas pipeline.
