After Iran, North Korea: Trump scraps summit, Macron and Putin react

It was only a month ago, France's president was in Washington trying to convince Donald Trump to stay in the Iran nuclear deal. Now Macron has landed in Russia to discover the latest surprise out of Washington. From Saint Petersburg and the sidelines of an economic forum, Macron and Vladimir Putin digesting the news that Trump has sent a letter to Kim Jong-Un cancelling that June 12th summit with the North Korean leader in Singapore.
