Former Gurkha soldiers demand in London pensions, rights for those who retired before 1997

London, Aug 18 (EFE / EPA) .- (Camera: Andy Rain) Former British soldiers of the Gurkha, the feared elite body of the British Army made up of Nepalese, and their families protested on Wednesday in front of the British Parliament in London to support a group of Nepalese-born soldiers who are now on the twelfth day of a hunger strike to demand equal pensions and family rights for Gurkhas who retired before 1997.FOOTAGE OF THE PROTEST.
