Vin Diesel Recalls the Last Thing He Ever Said to Paul Walker

In his latest interview with Variety magazine, Furious 7 star Vin Diesel remembers shooting a climatic scene with his co-star, the late Paul Walker, and how they parted ways for the last time. Recalling the night of the filming, which involved a “semi-kamikaze” stunt from his own onscreen character, Diesel says his final conversation with his friend for over a decade revolved around the subject of death. The 47-year-old says he then went over to Walker’s trailer after the sequence had wrapped, sharing a heart-to-heart moment before saying goodbye. The action star recalled telling Walker, “if I do die, let them know what kind of brother I’ve been to you.”
