Mark Zuckerberg has announced plans to make Facebook's News Feed a more personal experience full of posts from friends and family and not businesses.
The social network offered a glimpse into how it ranks and shows content on its News Feed. Havovi Cooper reports.
Sydney, Australia, Feb 18 (EFE).- The Australian government questioned the "credibility" of Facebook as a news source on Thursday after the United States tech giant banned publishers and users in the country from sharing and viewing news.On Thursday morning, Australian and international news pages were unavailable in the country, and Australian news could not be viewed outside the country."Facebook needs to think very carefully about what this means for its reputation and standing," Communications Minister Paul Fletcher told public broadcaster ABC. "At a time when there are already questions about the credibility of information on Facebook, that is something that they will obviously need to think about."
