A look behind the scenes of our Europe tour tour visiting Rome, Florence, Venice, Lucerne, Paris, London, visiting Italy, Switzerland, France, England, travelling by train and staying in each city for several days. Filmed at our pre-trip meeting, it tells you all about the itinerary for an ideal trip through Europe and how to do it. Rome highlights, , include lunch at Campo dei Fiori and a walking tour to the Pantheon, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and through the narrow lanes. We also visit the Vatican Museum and St. Peters. Florence is always listed in the world's top-ten places to visit because of the Renaissance tradition we still see in the architecture, and the overall beauty of the city, not to mention great restaurants. Our walking tour brings us to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and across the Arno River to Oltrarno. Venice is the city of dreams, a place like no other, with water for streets and boats for cars. Our several walking tours bring us into the heart of town including: Rialto, San Marco, the Basilica, hidden restaurants, and of course, a gondola ride. Lucerne is an ideal town to visit on your trip through Switzerland, with a lovely pedestrian zone, historic buildings in the typical style, waterfront cafes and views, and nearby mountains including Titlis, which we ascend in this journey.
